Called the company in January 2025 , Asked for pricing on a simple 40 gallon elect H20 heater, price was ok & truly wanted to hv company go wth job . We had to delay ,reason being new kitchen & new appliances had been in the works. So initially , gave all information to owner as requested . 2 months later after new kitchen . Called , texted & apologized for delay, Yet it seemed the owner didn't care or wanted our business. He rudely mentioned unusual circumstances & jokingly ignored our intentions . I called for replacing my water heater , spoke to steve he asked to send the model number after sending that he gave me a quote agreed and asked to replace it. On the of the installation after they took the unit they said the new unit will not fit because pipes need to adjusted. Additional charge was added. No where on the quote it was mentioned that they could be extra charges in case there is a difference in pipes or adjustments have to made. My water heater wasn’t working so called Steve at Water Heater Express and within an hour we had hot water again. Very easy to work with and knowledgeable! Highly recommend them!

Jeff was professional and took the time to explain the problem in simple terms. He even offered a few tips on the drainage process. He was knowledgeable and super courteous. Highly recommend, if he’s in the area and you need help.
