***Update July 23 2025*** Had this system for about a year and then it started acting odd - had to reset it a few times and then finally stopped heating. John replied to my text within an hour. We tried to troubleshoot. When that wouldn’t work he came out the next day. Wasn’t going to be a quick fix, so John scheduled a full replacement at no charge. Unexpected result for me. My water heater was leaking so I called. John gave me some instructions right then over the phone to determine what was the issue. He showed up that same day and was able to repair the water heater at a fair price.
