The customer service was outstanding!
I bought the BlueWorld GardenFall Dark Copper floor fountain with mirror from Water Gallery LLC. The day of arrival came and the delivery company got the very large crate to the bottom of 3 flights of stairs and said this was as far as they had to take it, after much arguing I had them put it back on the truck and take it back. I called Doug from Water Gallery and he promised to fix it and have it redelivered. At no cost to me he set it up and the shippers redeliver it inside my house.
