Sheila it’s has been over 2 weeks since our rental. I still haven’t received my deposit of $519.19 back that you assured me we would get back. I’ve called multiple times and left messages on your answering machine and talked to people who tell me you’ll have to call me back. Please call me as soon as you can so we get this taken care of. We rented a jet ski last weekend from Water Fun Rentals and I can't commend them enough for their fantastic customer service. Staff was knowledgable, personable and very helpful. Great experience. Will definitely return!
So we paid for a GPS that we never got.The pontoon we paid top dollar for was old as hell and falling apart, the seat came unbolted from the floor because the bolts were stripped out so we couldn't drive it for 3 hrs. the gas gauge didnt work. Then we hit a rock with the prop and despite the conversation with Dallas that there would be a discussion as to what the charges would be, we were totally overcharged for the prop repair. We had a GREAT experience renting from Water Fun Rentals! They have great communication, Wonderful service, and very well maintained equipment. Top that off by being incredibly affordable. Can't wait until our next adventure on the water. We will be renting from them in the near future.

For those who want to enjoy time on the water and not have to maintain your own equipment year around, it's a great option to be able to rent it. Water Fun Rentals has donated equipment for our youth camp for 11 years in a row. Not only do they have good equipment, but they are good people.
