Thought I could save some money, but after waiting almost a month no filters were ever delivered. Attempted to contact them via their email and phone number. No response. Once I disputed the charge they did respond stating that filters had been delivered which was totally untrue. They claimed they delivered it, but my local Post Office verified via their tracking number that they scammed me. Fortunately I'm successfully disputing the charge. Should have know prices were too low. 2 GE filters for the 1/2 the price of one. First got charged an International charge, then shipping came directly from China after 2 weeks. Asked and they said oh sure they are exact replacements. The told me you have to take the RFID chip out of your old filter and put it into the new one. If that was possible because GE glues them in with epoxy and I scratched it so even the old one wouldn't work. Now I had 3 duds. What GREAT customer service!! We had a part on back order. Called to find out where we are with it ... They wanted to make sure I had a exact date to when we should expect it. This is why we should support companies like this. They have been great from beginning to now. No complaints.
