That deserved a review in detail. I signed up for 20 gal glass bottles. For almost 2 years with no problem they picked the bottles and gave me my deposit of 20 dollars for each. But one day they declined to take 2 bottles saying that the neck was damaged. It was an insult 2 times because that was what they delivered hence they rejected to take it because of their sanitary policies. I simply use Bluetooth operated dispenser and have no reason to hammer the neck. So they are a 1 star company because of their lack of integrity ... read more

I'm really sad to see a service we loved and used for a year take some recent turns for the worst in terms of customer service and delivery. We loved the product and the mountain valley bottles we've been using for months. During the initial months, deliveries were on time and we had a very friendly delivery person who was punctual and had great communication skills.
