I am writing a second review to reiterate what a terrible experience I have had with this company. After promising to address the issues I identified in my original review, the owner subsequently renigged on his commitment to address the fact that his workers broke a brand new faucet in my bathroom and left a mess that took 2 days to clean up. In search of a company to fix my water issue, like you - I read reviews. In the reviews for this company, Matt was repeatedly praised. Well, the 2 clowns who showed up for my job were not Matt, they were Dennis and his “assistant.” The red flag should have been the language Dennis used when I called to make an appointment. In trying to ascertain the potential issue and cost range on the phone, Dennis said , “Ya know 14 grand.” Professionals do not speak like this. My bad.
