I called Water Depot to have someone come out and help us with our water which had become somewhat sulphurous and stinky. I asked for a tech to come and see what was going on and affect some repairs or adjustments and/or maintenance. Water Depot offers a "free" consultation for any system problems you may be having. I incorrectly assumed this meant they'd have a look see and then give you an estimate of the repair/maintenance costs. Nothing but excellence from start to finish! I don't have a single bad thing to say. Gary and Maryanne came to our house for the initial testing and consult. They were pleasant, friendly, and professional. They explained our options thoroughly, went over pricing, and they were transparent about everything. Quality that day! On install day, the technicians were on time, efficient, and they even fixed a couple Plumbing issues in the house that were done by a previous plumber.
