The whole experience was great, from going into the store, scoping and quoting the job, to install. We had really hard water and needed quite a bit of gear to sort ourselves out, at all points of the process we were treated fairly and with consideration for our needs. Id give 10/5 if it were possible.
We used The Water Depot for our water purification solution and cannot be happier. They are professional, friendly, responsive and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to install a filtration and or purification system.
