Dealing with the Water Depot Team over the last 7 years has always been great! Everyone is always friendly, knowledgeable and professional. It’s an annual service call that I look forward to making and I know they’ll be there if unplanned services are needed too.

Josh and Jason did a fantastic job of explaining how the Reverse Osmosis System works and an excellent job of installing the unit. In addition they ran lines from the RO unit to my fridge and the install was very professional. I would recommend the Water Depot in Owen Sound for any water processing needs you may have.
Josh went above and beyond for us. We had a major issue with our water system in the evening after having a water softener installed, and despite it being late, he came out to our house without hesitation. He was professional, knowledgeable, and understanding throughout the entire process. He fixed the problem quickly so we didn't have to go through the night without water.
