Stellar service yesterday from Khyber at Oakville Water Depot! He first processed my account transfer from another city, helped me with jugs without me asking…I thought he was the owner going above and beyond. Highly recommend this Water Depot! What a nice surprise yesterday. After writing a disappointing review, I had to get water at the last minute, no time to go on Dundas street. I was greeted very nicely by 2 young gentlemen. They offered to help right away. I was so impressed even 10 minutes before closing. Bravo Wayel for the effort you did with your staff. Great customer service. I will be back very soon.
Before, the owner were always greeting customers and offering to help. Now, the employees are glued to their phones not offering help. When I asked for help, they do it and when I say thank you for your help, they just walked away like I’ve said nothing and by the way, the place was empty as usual, not that he was busy. I am looking for a new place if my business is not being considered. It’s too bad, the location is so close to my house.
