[Updated in December 8, 2025] So, owner replied here, and also called me as well, but we missed each other even I called back. And in my last water filling visit (late Nov, I believe), the new guy was really helpful. Again, I got 9 bottles and he offered help to fill up and load to the cart, which is much appreciated: I can easily handle 2 or 4 but with 9 bottles, some help will make things much easier. Not great service in store. Went to buy a water machine and left empty handed due to bad service. Will shop elsewhere.
Have been getting water from them for 10+ years, and I have to say the service is going downhill there, much to my disappointment. Early on, the owner-operator couple was just wonderful, and always helping with filling/loading the water, which is a gig deal as I got 8+ bottles to fill up. They chatted with people but still focused on getting the water for everyone!
