Water Depot is great. They helped me find the exact part I needed to fix my water softener, even though they were not the exact vendor of the original. I sold me a great new tank very pleased with the water softening experience now. Greg is a very excellent technician and sales person incredibly polite and pleasant.
I recently had a RO system installed by Water Depot and couldn't be happier with the service. Bradley, Brogan, and Greg were all incredibly friendly and took the time to explain the different filter options, helping us choose the system that actually fit our needs. Sam, the technician, did a fantastic job with the installation. His work was neat, and he stayed to answer all of our questions, ensuring we were fully comfortable with the system before he left. Great team and highly recommended!
I had a great experience getting a reverse osmosis system installed in my house. The onsite tech Sam was exceptionally professional and went above and beyond in taking the time to show me how everything works and explaining the finer details of the system.
