Staff are always friendly and have helped me with carry outs on more than one occasion, much appreciated! The store is always very clean, and bottle fills/payment is very efficient - would recommend!
Was just here..totally different experience than the one in Cambridge- staff do not help you at all, unlike the one in Cambridge right when you walk in the door they will usually take the jugs from you, clean them, fill and load - even the first time i went there they explained how everything worked. At this location the only thing they offered was for me to move my car so they could load. Terrible customer service- will not return.
Thank you Gandhi & Sam for helping our needs for installing RO system and water softener services. You were the only team who were ready to install the equipment which was no purchases from your company when other water services places denied services. You will be our go to for water services.
