Technicians were nice and did a great job! However, I did not appreciate the lack of transparency with the initial person I spoke to when I requested service. When I initially called they stated someone was going to be at my house between 3-5 pm. Before the person I spoke to tried to hang up I asked the price and what forms of payment they take.
