I had Rich Hoff from WDR come out and give me an estimate on hail damage repair for my roof. Not only did he give me an estimate, he walked me through the entire process, spending time patiently explaining all the expenditures. And this was
after he had negotiated on my behalf with my insurance company. I have a beautiful new roof and he didn't collect his payment until I had the check from the insurance company. All in all, it was a great experience and Rich is a great guy!

I don't usually do FB reviews but will for the service we received today. �
We had water damage on our ceiling from an obvious water leak from the roof. We had apprehensions on calling and trusting someone for an estimate. We called and scheduled for an estimate on the damage. Brad arrived on time and was gone in less than 30 min. It took him a few minutes to review that the issue was just a loose staple on the roof which he repaired at no cost to us. He gave my husband advice on how to repair the inside ceiling himself. I feel fortunate to have such a trusted vendor as a resource. I've used them for water restoration on 2 water leaks. One from a shower pan and one from underneath the kitchen sink. The second leak they came out past 9 pm and stayed late putting up their fans and dehumidifiers to minimize the damage. I've also used their roofing services which I've had the same excellent results. Brad and JP are two of the hardest working, high integrity, caring guys you'll come across. I feel lucky to have them as trusted vendors and our first and only call for roofing and water restoration.
