My car was stolen while living here a month in. One other within weeks of me had theirs stolen too. Have had issues with neighbors blaring music passed midnight in the middle of the week, hearing constant barking dogs, animal abuse, child abuse, etc. The rent is cheap compared to most locations and it's close to work which is the only reason I am here.
