Easy to get in and out. Friendly and very helpful, they understand the meaning of customer service. It's a weekly stop for my family.
I love having a boba spot within walking distance. The new management is just as friendly as the last one. Both the manager and team member were very talkative
Always a pleasure coming in to fill up our water jugs here. The place is always clean and very welcoming staff. Today the woman who was working was extremely helpful and provided wonderful customer service. We live in Scottsdale and it’s always worth coming here every time.

This location is three doors down from my gym, so I thought I'd fill up my bottles after my workout. Total mistake. Most locations have one alkaline spout and I asked to use it. Whoever was working there today told me I had to wait because they were filling up THEIR bottles. She even chuckled when she said it. This is NOT a busy location, but I have to wait for YOU to fill up YOUR bottles? Horrible customer service + bad attitude = poorly run business.
