HORRIBLE. this office is absolutely horrible. The doctors are incompetent and diagnosed my son with an eye issue that he does not have (confirmed by his old pediatrician he is fine). All of his measurements were wrong. They are rude. Cold. And they are now withholding my son’s medical records as we’re trying to switch back to our old doctor (we moved and are now willing to drive an hour to return to our old office). Stay far away.
I have both of my children at the Millburn office and I love everyone there. They work amazingly with parents and the children.
Love them all but our baby mainly sees Dr. Alias who is so personable & thoughtful as much as she is knowledgeable & a great doctor!! Dr. Eng is the same way & so is Dr. Marepalli. Here’s a recent photo of the tent visits from last week at the Warren office. This is Vera with Dr. Marepalli. I wish I had pics of her with Dr. Alias also for Doctor Day! Grateful for Vera’s awesome care team ♥️💜
We have been with Watchung Peds for 27 years. Kathleen Dempsey was our go to person. Although she retired Tiffany Scott is an awesome Dr to see there now. Always available, able to assist in scripts needed, friendly staff, easy check in, short wait time
DO NOT EVER LET NURSE ROBYN TOUCH YOUR CHILD! she's rude and violent. the most ignorant nurse. she ignored my request in giving the baby 1 injection on each arm. she bruised the babies arm. this was the FIRST time my daughter bled excessively from injections. i dont think she properly gave the injections either. Nurse Robyn was very disorganized and unsanitary. she open the gauges and left them on the sink then wiped my daughters arm. she seemed racist. the looks she gave towards my family members were not nice
I’ve been going there for over a year with my son, he was sick , they said it was normal and that it was just a virus, my son’s mother wasn’t happy so we went back 5 times, they kept saying the same thing! , after a month of believing what they told us we decided to go somewhere else, and of course my baby doesn’t have a simple virus!! He’s only 2 Y/O and he needed antibiotics! I’m never going back there again.!
My children have been going to them since birth and they are 12 and 14 years old. I highly recommend this practice.
We’ve seen a handful of Drs at Watchung Pediatrics and they’re all wonderful. My children’s primary is Dr. Eng and we couldn’t ask for a better Dr! 😊
