I love Watchtower Café. The owners are so cool and super geeky! They have the most friendly awesome Baristas in the world. I love the geek theme of the shop and the fact they carry a local roasters coffee. It's also nice that they have other options for the days I'm just not looking for coffee. They are by far my favorite coffee shop I've ever been to.

They're a bunch of big fat nerds so naturally, they win as best coffee shop in SLC by default. Try the BB-8: Thai iced tea, boba, Star Wars... What more could you want in a drink?! <3
The baristas are kind, make great coffee, and help create a friendly place to work/relax/beat the heat.
