Looks like my experience was similar to so many others. I never received a bill, but did get a debt collection notice nearly three months after the service. And I haven't found a phone number to call them, as the one posted online is disconnected. It's a strange way to do business...

This may be my second rating for them. However, as I has just received a threatening statement “demanding”payment on 2/14/24 from a debt collector on behalf of Watauga Radiological Services for a bill I received on 1/31/24 and paid on 2/2/24, I am livid. Needing frequent medical care is stressful enough without having to deal with this company. I’m sorry, but something needs to change. People need to be aware of just how terrible this company is.

Would give 0 if this was an option. Never received a paper bill…only bill received was from debt collection. Watauga Radiological Services staff report they sent 1 paper bill before going to debt collection but for whatever reason it never came to my mailbox.

Awful!! Same experience as others. They never filled with insurance. Had to file insurance myself although they wouldn’t give me a tax id to use. Then a collection agency sent a letter. I will be filling a complaint with the State and BBB and suggests other do the same. People deserve better!!
