More than once I was given my incomplete order. I received 1 hamburger instead of 2 for #7. Concentrate.
We ordered windows from them in March, paid a 50% deposit, and were told the windows would arrive the first week of April. That time came and went, we gave them a buffer, and after hearing nothing contacted them in late April for an update. They couldn’t find our order, said they’d call us back, never did. Called again and was finally told they’d forgotten to order the windows until a week after we placed the order (guessing they meant… forgot entirely) and that our windows would arrive the first week of May. I've bought lumber from a few places locally. Watauga's prices are on par with the others, but the delivery really stands out. Every time it's been fast, and the delivery guys are right on time and friendly. Lumber quality has been consistently good as well.
