Aloha! I had a wonderful experience ordering on the phone with Chaleia. I ordered 25 lei For my uncle’s celebration of life of 93 years. Of course, I had a Heavy heart, but Chaleia helped me through this. There were some complications, but this young lady was able to land me the sale price. The note card was hardest, but again, Chaleia helped me through that and added a special aloha at the end. I highly recommend Watanabe Floral for any And every occasion!
I have ordered arrangements from Watanabe for many years. I called just now to order a delivery for my sister. I painstakingly go through your phone tree, then wait on hold for several minutes only to have someone pickup then immediately hang up... not once but twice! Very rude and unprofessional. I will be contacting someone else from now on for my flower arrangements.
I was so happy with the quality and freshness of the Hilo Maile Lei. Not only that, but to be able to order and pay online, knowing that the lei would be there 2 weeks in advance was a weight off my shoulders. The price was very competitive too. This Lei was for a very special Aunt who was celebrating her 90th bday. Mahalo Watanabe florist for making a beautiful woman feel so special at her birthday party.
My mom recently lost my stepdad and I wanted her first bday without him to be special, so I ordered flowers from you guys. She was very HAPPY with the floral arrangement. We talked about where to go for funeral wreaths and we will definitely go with Watanabe for my stepdad’s funeral. You guys do beautiful work. Thank you so much!!! My mom will be calling you soon.
Honestly have to share that our funeral spray was delivered to the wrong address and a back up was put together and delivered during the funeral service by a man who stood at the back of the chapel waiting for someone to sign off while eulogies were being given. There was no apology or follow up provided by the team to learn what went wrong so things can be done differently in the future.
