Watab has been spectacular to work with for our new home build. Megan has been great with communication and with helping explain each step with an accucate timeline. And Ben was great explaining the details of the design to communicate to our installer. Highly reccomend.
Five stars? I would give ten if there was the option. This outfit is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and yes, I will add fun! Our experience could not have been better.
Excellent communication from the very start to the finish. Surveyors were professional and explained the process throughly. Megan communicated well with everyone involved taking away the stress of the project. I would highly recommend Watab to anyone in need of septic design services.
As I'm seeing on reviews now wish I would have looked at this before having the similar experience of being charged multiple times for the same thing thought we had our septic Clan the first time around after spending $600 then come to find out that was just a preliminary then there was another $1,100 Bill to get the septic plan which they forgot about so we had to call and remind them so we are now $1,700 into a system that isn't even in the ground or anything just a plan for one I'm in the wrong business I wish I got paid ... read more
They designed our new septic system and were fabulous to work with. Megan in the office does an outstanding job and was patient with me asking a lot of questions. Ben and Mike who came to the property to design the new system were professional, answered all questions and were very respectful of my time and our property! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a septic design!
