Tell who ever did the side streets of Pelham street in Methuen this morning (May 28, 2024) “THANK YOU, you deserve a raise”. I was late bringing out my barrel because of a late work shift and they took the few seconds necessary to reposition it an pick it up on their next pass on the opposite side.
The entire experience, from scheduling to pick up, is handled by professionals who are caring, take pride in their work, and will do everything in their power to deliver a gold-standard service. Bravo
Unhappy with not having the dumpster placed where requested. With each pickup it is put in the wrong place. It takes too long to get the problem corrected. My next door neighbor is a food processing company and all dumpsters on the property have to be placed on the pavement.
Each weekly pickup, the two gentleman ensures a complete waste removal from our dumpster, even bags and other small items placed on the sides of the dumpster. No complaints here!
