I've only had two issues in the year we've had this company. 1. They sometimes miss my recycle can (I just leave it for next time). 2. if they drop a bag of yard waste or knock it over they leave it for me to clean up - I have a back injury and can't do it, so I have to call my son back over to refill the bag, this has happened 3-4 times.
Missed picking up lawn bags, message sent and they came the same day and got them
Service is good, but so msny more restrictions than our previouscompany
Waste is picked up on our scheduled pick up date. We have only used to "bulk item" pick up twice, but is is picked up on the scheduled date.
