I've had WM for 15 yrs. Used to love the service but every year now they take away services, but continue to increase the price every year for no reason. When it's time to renew, I think I will go with another company.
We have been pleased with the services of WM, except for one area. We feel that the charges for pick up of extra item are a little bit steep. We, also, would like to see the frequency increased.
The trash pickup is ok, however my recycled container pickup is only about 50%! For the extra money and only every 2 week pickup schedule, this is not acceptable! When I call WM, I am told two excuses, to leave it out and it will get picked up the next day, that has never happened! The other is it will get picked up the next cycle. I like to recycle and in today's refuse makeup, I have more recycles than trash, so not having the recycling bin pickup causes more recycles in the trash stream. Service is great but pricing is erratic. I am a widower and live alone, yet I pay more than the family of 5 next door. How is that fair?
