The people that actually collect the trash/recycling/yard waste are fine, however trying to contact someone within the company when there is a problem or you have a question is nearly impossible. And don't even think about actually speaking to someone live.
Overall, Waste Management service is excellent. The bins are good quality, the trucks come on time and we appreciate the extra services like large items or the green waste bags. The only complaint I have is that anything outside the bin, no matter how secured, will be taken.
Thanks for the work you do. My only problem is the cost. I only put trash out one time a month,some times twice a month.Be cause I only have two or three bags a month. I have to drive the down the driveway because of bad legs. The cost could be less. But saying that your driver is very careful of property. Thank you for your service.
Switched companies after hidden, undisclosed fees. Poor customer service.
