Horrible! I am so disappointed the City of Stockton has stopped managing the garbage and has turned it over to this joke of a company. It is not fair that I am forced into a quarterly billing cycle. I would like my monthly billing/auto pay to continue. Also, we no longer get a free "dumpster" per year; it is now over $200.
