It's a very bad company. They never follow the schedule and call you at the last moment to tell you that they'll go the next day, grumpy drivers
Bad service, they offer me a hold on my service due to de COVID 19, and when I re started the services they were charging me like 4 months tighter at once. Plus the do agreement for 3 years so I’m tight up to this company. Worse experience.
Dont know how this company is so large with such a bad service, I have been calling them for a week to request my own right:the weekly service, and no one is able to provide a logical answer or send the driver to get the service done.not recommended at all!!thinking about not renewing the contract next time
The worst service possible is the one this company has. I got the new service on December 17 2019 and as of today January 9 2020 we haven't received the service for the first time, of course I cancelled the service and now I'm so frustrated trying to have the container removed from my property and everyday I get re-schedule for the next day, when I call nobody can tell you any information, I got transferred to the account manager who does not respond to any of my voicemail messages nor emails. NOT RECOMMEND IT
