I’ve had an ongoing beef with WM due to the shady pricing/billing/contracts over the years. Tried to drop them and was given the runaround about how the contract renews when you pay your bill and I’d have to pay a $385 fee to get out. I negotiated a better price and told I have to pay quarterly and every quarter the price creeps up! I have finally gotten an annual contract at a price we agreed upon. It went up the very next year. Was very happy with my service before they just showed up and took my dumpster. Replaced with garbage cans that one lost the lid like 2 weeks after delivery. Funny even though I had them leave me less cans, my bill has not decreased.
