I have been a commercial customer of Waste Management and unfortunately my experience has been very frustrating. Over the course of our contract, we have encountered repeated billing issues and charges that required constant follow-up and dispute. Most recently, we were charged a contamination fee for shredded paper that had been placed in black bags in a recycling bin.
