The level of service at my residence here in orangeburg is definitely unsatisfactory. Consistently late or no show with pickup. I surely miss the day when the trash company came around like clock work with a driver and 2 men hanging off that back that took pride in their job.
Multiple times service was never received, yet the price goes up and there is no credit to my bill to reflect the missed services.
I’m disabled and live in a fixing income recovering from cancer. I have to put the container in the end of my driveway. The price keeps changing this time is way too much for my poor check. I hope they can help or I may have to cancel it and just pay somebody they could take it. I live not too far from the place where we take the trust.
They don’t pick up consistent weekly . They have missed my road for the pass month and then come every other week. Very disappointing for a customer that pays on time .
