I've had service with WM for a few years, there were issues in the past. Now, The don't pickup unless I can somehow manage to put a missed pickup in. The trick is that you can't just do it when you want, there is some magical, ever changing timeframe to do this. They collect their payment on time, they do not collect the trash. I may have to go back to hauling it myself, this company is terrible. Good luck trying to talk or chat with a representative.

Waste Management that services Orangeburg county sucks I ordered weekly service the beginning of April (this month 2026) service was supposed to start on the 8th but they didn't bring the container till the 9th with pick up every Wednesday but it's the 24th and my container is right where they brought it at the end of my driveway but I have yet to be serviced my trash container is overflowing because they never once picked up my trash I have called many times and even spoke with a live agent online but still my trash is stil... read more
