Multiple missed pickups. Of course they mark the pickups as completed and still don’t return to complete after a dispute is placed. Never had this issue with other pickup services.
Poor trash pickup Many missed pickups Always having pickups on Mondays instead of Thursdays.
Had new service for three weeks. WM never came to pickup my trash. Cancelled service 3 months ago and they still have not picked their trash bin. Horrible service.
