This is by far one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Used the service for about a year now they had missed pickups around 6 times. Not great service but ok, recently they missed my trash pickup 6 weeks in a row. I called them they refused to credit me for all the missed pickups. So I canceled my service. BEWARE THIS COMPANY PURPOSELY MAKES IT HARD TO GET AHOLD OF THEM HOPING YOU WILL GIVE UP AND EXCEPT THIER HORRIBLE TRASH SERVICE. Everytime I contacted them with issues it took atleast a hour. services good price is ridiculous. Trash Pick up should be free as much as we pay propertytaxes.
Great service. WM never miss their schedule and always check around several times when I have forgotten to place the recycle can at the designated area
