Our service was never consistent and trying to contact them by phone was a nightmare. I cancelled the service via their website but they did not acknowledge the cancellation and I received a bill for services never rendered. When I finally was able to talk to a representative, she told me that I had to cancel service via the phone and that although they never picked up after my original cancellation, I still had to pay. I advise everyone to stay very far away from this company.

Damaged our fence. We contacted them & they said they would be out the next day to repair it. Then I got a letter in the mail stating that they were not responsible. You can NEVER reach anyone there on the phone, emails & letters have gone unanswered. I filed a complaint with the BBB. I would advise everyone to stay away! They are horrible to deal with!!

incredibly rude customer service advised me that I have to provide them with proof that my spouse died two years ago in order to cancel the crappy service I just received. We had been customers for many years. Not any more.
