We switched to Waste Connections and we signed up for trash and recycling. We were brought a tiny blue recycling bin, but we were told that we were getting a large tan one like our neighbors. We more than fill the recycling bin every two weeks. Today they picked up the trash and left the recycling. We cannot go another two weeks without it being picked up. Customer Service. My bill for Mar.Apr.May was late. I called and told customer svc. that I would pay my bill on June 17th, Today. I kept getting notices that I needed to pay my bill. I called a second time to report that I would pay my bill on June 17th. They took my trash and recycle containers this morning. Customer service did not do their job. That is ok though. I will get another trash service and for less money. Your customer service clerks need to Do Their Jobs right. 😡
I recently switched to WC due to a nice neighborhood discount. But for some crazy reason they though a tiny recycle container would be a good idea for a family of 5. Why the switch to 65g carts? Do they like having their drivers pick up crap all over the street? They claim it's because of reduced demand. But shouldn't that mean less carts, not smaller carts? Double standard,they will pick up extra thrash when they feel like it, they won't if they don't. If you call, first class robot-like customer service rep with a thrashy attitude will talk to you how it's gonna be and when you tell them something it's like talking to wall of sh*t. no wonder you have a 1.9 star rating removing the star rating won't hide your company's stink. from CSR brennan to supervisor that talked to me all of 'em are inconsiderate a**es. fix your lousy policy!
Actually pick up the trash. Don't tell me that you can't dump my trash can because there is a 1ft sq piece of sheetrock in it. I am cancelling my service and I would never recommend anyone go to this company. The person I spoke with offered no solutions, tried charging me to have them come and pick up the trash that I already paid them to pick up, then tried telling me that I had to pay to cancel my service. I am not happy.

Been in Derby since the 1st week of February and we have yet to get our trash can. They keep giving us the run around saying "oh it should be there already" or "it will be there tomorrow" so far going on a month and still no trash can. But yet they are the only ones in Derby since they are contracted to them.
Prices keep going up. They are a huge multi million dollar company who keeps creeping the prices up while Ron and Worthing are among the few who actually benefit. Do you guys really need millions of dollars while your employees live paycheck to paycheck and you continue to raise prices for the exact same service?
paid my bill on Friday and my trash wasnt picked up today. if you call it's a 30min hold to get routed to voicemail!!! I've been a customer for over a year with mo issues now I'm probably going to change companies
