I was arrested while driving a motorcycle for a second DUI within 10 years and had a blood alcohol level .14%. Mr. Wasson was able to win the DMV Admin Per Se hearing and an acquittal on the 23152(b) Vehicle Code count. He saved me and my family from from financial disaster if I lost my license and my job as truck driver.
I was arrested for DUI with a .14 BAC and MR. Wasson reduced the charges and saved my commercial driver's license, which allowed me to keep my job as a truck driver. He is great.
The CHP arrested me for running a stop sign, improper turn, and DUI. My blood alcohol level was a .10%. Mr. Wasson took my case to trial and won a not guilty on both DUI and driving with a BAC in excess of .08%. I highly recommend him and have done so in the past.
Because of Attorney Wasson I was acquitted of DUI at trial where two CHP officers testified I drove the wrong way on a one-way street. My BAC was .09%. Mr. Wasson's cross-examination of the officers was the main street for the not guilty verdict.

Mr Wasson represented me in a misdemeanor vehicle manslaughter where an eighty year year old woman was killed near a crosswalk. The jury found me not guilty after a one week trial, all thanks to my attorney he got the job done.
