Doesn't listen to patient at all, you tell him what's wrong and he will go on about something you're not even there for. I honestly don't think he cares what you're there for.
I had my first visit with Dr Chughtai in June and I was very impressed with his staff as well as the Doctor. He ran all sorts of lab work of which some I've never had done by my previous doctors in Illinois. They all made me feel very comfortable as they helped get me registered with them
I just couldn't trust him. He was referred to me by my ex wife but I didn't trust him after seeing him several times.
Dr. Chughtai was pleasant enough but his billing department charged $175 to look at a mole during my annual physical. Insurance confirmed they are within their right to charge for anything outside of the scope of a preventative physical. After multiple calls being passed back and forth with this office and the billing office, with neither wanting to explain I gave up and called my insurance provider who informed me I "shouldn't talk about anything unless the doctor brings it up."
