I used to like coming here. All of a sudden, as I tried to drive in just now, the owner who seems to be very negative as per other reviews, barked at me for having a Mazda and a little pop-up display. Apparently his workers broke 2 and they're expensive to fix. Instead of working with me or his workers, he told me to go away. He said my compact car isn't small at all, the pop-up is enormous (4"x1.5" lol!), and couldn't even trust his employees to just do the outside. The owner and the manager are both incredibly rude and unprofessional. Skip this place!
I’m never disappointed, always pleased with the detail of their work. An effective and friendly team I can always trust. Plus, I love the selection of gift cards to look through and buy for that special occasion and free brewed coffee while I wait. And for the little folks and those young at heart there is a large viewing window to watch your car being washed. In addition, on a pleasant day there are tables and chairs to soak up the sunshine or cool off in the shade.
They are good. Sometimes a little abrupt in the c/s area... but they’re good.
Have been going there for years, but after today will not return. Older guy/Owner /Manager is a very disrespectful pompous guy. As a fellow business man I would never talk to my customer that way. Very unprofessional after I simply ask them to wipe a spot they missed. And he basically told me to don't come back and find another place. I'm surprised that they are still in business. Pretty crappy to close the whole car wash at 3:30 with no a drip of rain in the sky. Why not keep a single lane open for that final 90 minutes? Wasted a huge chunk of time for you only to be closed.
