RecommendedThe service is great and the workers are committed to their jobs..One of the Hispanic employees went to the school I work at and he is so gracious and proud of his job.... He stated to me Ms.Foster My English was not very good but I now can speak it fluently....he thank me for feeding him when he didn’t have lunch money...he is such a blessing and a great asset to the wash work company.....👍🏽🙏🏽
Rude, rude, rude. To a customer of 10 years.
I called ahead to wash works to have my car washed. They told me to arrive by 330. When I arrived at 325, the OWNER was extremely rude and REFUSED to wash my car. I used to recommend them however, their customer service is HORRIBLE! & I don’t spend money any where that I am not valued as a client. I’ll never go back!
They use to be so good but they are just ok now and today they could have vacuumed my car better and wiped things better - sloppy work for $25
Well they keep my vehicle "Sparkling Clean".
My experience with the staff was that the managers and the line attendant were rude and dismissive...Car interior still dirty. They missed too mamy spots for me to ignore. Not sure what changed, but I will never go back 😕I purchased the "Superworks"lol
I’m so disappointed with this business! I have been a customer for 5 years and have always had a good experience, but when I took my Sequoia in for cleaning after a trip to the beach, they refused to do a super clean. Kip rudely refused to even wipe my seats, dash or clean the mats due to “lack of staff”. It was a Tuesday morning and very quiet with tons of guys hanging around waiting.
