The people here are extremely kind and thoughtful. They have been very helpful in getting health coverage for me and my children. It has been much easier to navigate the system by going to the office and talking to people face-to-face rather than trying to figure out the online forms.
I needed 3 vaccinations for school and they were so nice and patient. Helped me with what I needed exactly for school and were super courteous of my paperwork and time. Thank you �

The staff here is great and very helpful!! They led me in the right direction to go about obtaining my immunization records from another state so I wouldn’t have to get some that I’ve already had. I hate getting any kind of shots and they saved the day! It’s been an enjoyable experience being here..... positive energy, great conversation, excellent customer service, couponing tips and even candy!! They rock ��

I had to get a vaccination today for work. It was incredibly easy to make an appointment, and I was in and out as quickly as possible. They were incredibly helpful and friendly and were able to fix a few issues I had on my vaccination report. If you need something taken care of quickly, definitely head over!
Called recently with a Hepatitis A vaccine question and got my answer. Friendly employees who know their stuff. Kudos Washtenaw County Public Health!
The employees there are fabulous!!! We got there a few minutes after 4 and the door was locked. After we pressed the buzzer someone answered and when we explained what we needed they were very accommodating and squeezed us in right then instead of making us come back the next day. We really appreciate their help and kindness.
