The visit to the Washtenaw County Health Department was very pleasant! The staffs here went above and beyond to help me and my husband with our vaccination. I was late to the appointment due to the traffic caused by an accident and missed the 15 minute grace period past appointment hour. We were extremely distressed because we had come from a far distance and it was not easy to come back again. Everyone in the Public Health office was so friendly! The receptionists and nurse were so nice and helpful! I had to get a vaccination and they really helped to make it go very smoothly. Great place and I felt very comfortable! They took great care of me. :)

As a college student from Ohio I don't know much about the healthcare system in Michigan. However, the lady that helped me was very helpful. She provided me with lots of beneficial information. She made me feel as though my health matters not just to me but to her as well.
Staff is friendly, caring and helpful.
I don't even take my kid to the doctor to get her shots. we go to the health department because the people are so amazing and pleasant. I love them!
