I had an extremely uncomfortable experience during my appointment today. The woman at the front desk told me she could not enter my pharmacy information from my insurance card manually, she said she needed a physical card. Ive been going to this office for a few years now and ive had this insurance for 2 years. Im not sure if this new but Noone has ever mentioned this to me before.
