This practice has had some changes over the years, starting with Dr. James Richardson. After his retirement, there were a couple doctors that I felt had odd personalities, and diagnosis wasn’t spot on with prescribing more medication than needed. Eventually, they moved on to the areas. Saw Theis, Beth, CRNP. Rushed me through the apointment. Kept asking me why i was on certain medications. Like as if my other doctors didn't prescribe them for a specific reason. Was very rude and said "Well i have other patients today so did you actually need something today?". After never giving me any time to talk about any of my concerns. I had an extremely uncomfortable experience during my appointment today. The woman at the front desk told me she could not enter my pharmacy information from my insurance card manually, she said she needed a physical card. Ive been going to this office for a few years now and ive had this insurance for 2 years. Im not sure if this new but Noone has ever mentioned this to me before.
