This place has gone down hill over the past few years. It used to be good. Very disappointed with the complete unproffesionalism and lack of friendly customer service. The guy who hangs around and takes the car keys to move your car is very rude and is also very hard to understand because he has a very thick accent and doesnt speak English very well. Absolutely disgusting service from Wash Masters. They caused clear damage to my mum’s car and then completely refused to take ownership or responsibility for it. The paint was NOT in this condition before they worked on the vehicle, and it has been left visibly peeling and damaged. Instead of acting professionally and taking responsibility , Wash Masters denied responsibility and tried to brush it off didn’t even offer her a refund just had all of their workers gang up on her. The car stinks after having the interior cleaned. Like dirty moldy water. My car is brand new. Cheers for the shitty job!
I chose the ultimate premium service, and I have to say they did an excellent job inside and out. I’ll definitely return the next time I need my car detailed.
This was great. Picked up a purchased car and it was dirty very dirty. 2.5 hours later it smelt wonderful no dirt and looked great. They did a brilliant job and couldn't be happier. Stayed past closing time to get it finished for us. Thank you.
