WashLB was paid $50 plus $10 tip to wash car in parking garage. This was offered in partnership with our building management. They txted arrival, car was opened and no further communication despite txt messages to same number. Finally locked car at 11PM after no answers. Inspected car in the AM. Found that hood area had not been washed. Interior had been cleaned but some areas not touched such as drink holders in center console. Took pictures of both.
