Love Dr. Beyer The rest of the practice is horrendous. I have had several issues over the years including a serious misdiagnosis that could’ve been a potentially fatal one, but the icing on the cake was my daughter having a positive covid test and they didn’t even call us with the results. Many peoples lives are affected by this and it’s as if it doesn’t matter to them. As long as they get PAID. If you’re reading this, find another practice.

10/10 recommend . Every doctor here is kind, thorough and knowledgeable. We see Dr. Beyer for well visits and adore her. Dr. Bezdickova saw my daughter for her most recent sick visit and she was incredible. She was so knowledgeable, pin pointed her diagnosis right away and prescribed an antiviral. Even called on her cell phone to check on my daughter twice!

I've tried to talk to them over the last year about different issues with the automated systems, messaging, robot calls, texts, it's god awful ... I'm done trying to fix their issues... some of the staff are rude and your just a number there now

I just wanted to thank Washingtonville Peds for the quality care my daughter has received starting as newborn. We saw Dr. Beyer at first appt and so thankful for that. She always provides excellent care.. so knowledgeable and so caring as well. We've also had great experiences with Dr. McKenna and Dr. Gannon. Special thanks to Dr. Gannon who helped us last night after my daughter got a bad cut on her head. I wasn't sure if a she needed stitches. I dropped off my kids records to be a new patient and not even a call back. It’s been a week and a half and left several messages to the staff and left a message to the manager and still no one has the courtesy to return any of my calls. They need to get organized.

We have been thrilled with the care our children have received at Washingtonville Pediatrics. The physicians and nurses are knowledgeable, warm, and thorough. My children love their office too :) We shopped around with several practices before sticking with Washingtonville Pediatrics and they are above and beyond what we experienced elsewhere.

Absolutely LOVE this practice!!!! Dr. Bezdickova is absolutely amazing and kind! I swear she knew the minute she met me (almost two years ago now) that I was nervous and had anxiety about being a new mom and she handled me so well! My daughter is not a fan of the doctors and she never shows impatience. I really try to make every appointment with her because of her kind heart and excellence with my daughter. I have seen other doctors there as well for my daughter and they were awesome too so I can’t say I would be too worried... read more

Dr . Beyer is amazing and so are the many nurses that have seen my son. We are so lucky to have a Pediatrician who is so knowledgable and caring. She takes such wonderful care of my son at every visit. Always answering questions and taking her time and even checked up after with a phone-call to see if my son was ok after seeing a specialist that same day . Truly one of a kind !!! Dr. McKenna has also been great with my son! So grateful for Washingtonville Pediatrics !!!
