I love it here I cannot say anything bad, all positive.. I must agree like others I love it here, I have just renewed my lease again, can not believe its been 3 yrs.!!.. My apartment is on the Washington lake!!!... I get the view of the lake every time I look out my window or sit on my patio .. I feel extremely safe here as I am single and that is very important to me.. Fabulous I love my apartment its a very nice area the kitchen is beautiful its peaceful. I have alot of closet space my bedrooms are a good size also I have a Den that I Love its just great. I would recommend it to any one thats looking for a wonderful apartment.
1st NJ apartment So I moved to NJ from Pa almost one year ago. My original plan was not to move here but my sister lived here and needed financial help due to losing her job. So I packed up my things and moved in. What an adventure it has been. All good! This is a really nice apartment! From the grounds to the actual unit.. Lots of space and most important quiet!
We feel at home at Washington Way! My family and I moved to Washington Way Apartments nearly a year ago in November, and we are very happy here! We no longer have the responsibilities and stress of a house that we could no longer afford to maintain; if something breaks, a call to Maintenance is all that's needed, and they are usually quick to come and fix the problem. OUR HOME we have lived here for over 12 years. its not easy being a senior and living on a fixed income but thanks to management and the maintenance crew we have been able to enjoy not our apartment but "OUR HOME". the grounds are kept beautiful and its a pleasure to stroll around the neighborhood. everyone here is courteous and friendly and although it is a wide open space you are still afforded your privacy. its a community where people look out for people and im grateful for everything and every opportunity we have here a... read more
Outdated and in poor repair These apartments are outdated and in poor repair. The roof leaks, the room air conditioners are ancient and moldy and the maintence department is nonexistent. Don't believe the luxury apartment sign these are anything but and is full of drug dealers.
Home sweet Home Talk about curb appeal, the apartments has beautiful kept landscape all year long. The inside apartments are very spacious and full of closet space, which is a plus in apartments. The dining and living space great for large family gatherings. Can't forget the nice side of the bedrooms. Bonus if outside person, balcony or patio, pool that is rated 5 stars for over 5 years in the south jersey area. Must see to believe.
They started to charge for parking!!! I have lived here for about 4 years. The plumbing in the building is bad. The water is either scorching hot or very cold and there a constant leaks. They charge for "reserved" parking in spaces that were free before. The staff is not very knowledgeable about their own policies. They charge for yearly inspection of your unit which entails twp to check your smoke detector for $70. They never notified when they enter your apartment when you are not home. I liked the space. washingtonway apartments It's a quiet neighborhood.the neighbors are friendly it has a gym and tennis court.walking trail. Swimming pool its near the mall and other stores.
