Can I PLEASE be medically evacuated for emergency surgery?
After being on hold for 43 minutes I just gave up!!!! This is my 2nd attempt today to get in touch with Community Care after waiting for a referral the doctor already approved 2 months ago!!!! Why come to work???????? This is why Veterans complain. All we ask is for a system that works!!!! Shame on you!!!!
I have been trying to get an appointment scheduled here for over a month with the women's health department, which I have a referral for. I have called them on at least 15 separate days and at different times of day, leaving voicemails with my name and number. They never pick up the phone. They have tried to call me back only twice. If you are trying to get any care scheduled hopefully you have your phone attached at the hip to answer them because they will not answer your calls.
Two hour wait just to make an appointment
