The medical staff here do great work and I’ve never had a bad experience but man to get an appointment is like pulling teeth. Appointments months apart for issues needing to be seen yesterday and trying to call for an appointment is another nightmare. I was on hold for an hour and a half just for the person answering to say hello once and hang up.
Up and down feelings.. Had to re-edit I can’t sit here and complain about a entity that is literally taking care of me..
Have been to the Wash VA Med Center twice this week. Great facility. Everybody I encountered was polite, professional, and incredibly helpful. Specifically -- Audiology and the Orange Team.
