You used to be able to get a virtual visit whether or not you were a new or somewhat new patient. It was 3 years ago I gave birth, and I had bad postpartum depression and other issues from before hand to work on. My psychiatrist was helpful and supportive of my choices and aftercare.
Poor care, rude call center staff. Avoid.
