I had to get in for an emergency visit, they were prompt, kind and fast. No charge for the check and referral to an oral surgeon. Love this place.
Everyone in this office performs at the highest level. Dr. Storey is a marvelous dentist, and the atmosphere in the office is warm and welcoming, which is clearly a reflection of her attitude toward her patients.
I always hate going to a new dentist but your office and personnel made it a good experience. It is obvious you care about your patients. My tech was concerned about my comfort level and checked with me constantly. After that deep cleaning, I expected some discomfort when the numbing agent wore off but there was NONE! Nice surprise........
As usual my appointment for teeth cleaning was efficient and comfortable. I arrived on time and was immediately seated for dental work. Cleaning was done gently without pain or discomfort. Dr. Storey checked my teeth and stated that no additional work would be needed. I am very satisfied with services provided.
I am still apprehensive when I visit the dentist from past experiences. But the minute I walk in and the great staff always has me walking out with a light step. Very friendly and thorough. Thank you for all you do.
I really like the people at the dentist office. I've never been one to be scared to go to a dentist but if I was they would totally take my fears away, they are that good.
Staff always does a great job of trying to make me at ease and comfortable.
Your office has made feel right at home. Marvin says your office is the only place he will ever go to. We both tell everyone what a great place it is!! See you in the spring.
I have never had any problems with Family First. They are very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.
