Usually people don't think of a trip to the dentist as a great experience... but the staff at Family First Washington St. location were wonderful to work with. I had to have 4 crowns and a couple of fillings. That is a lot of work, but Dr. Hawkins was fast, proficient, and very professional. I couldn't be happier!

I went to the dentist and had 2 people I had not met before. They were very nice and informative! All the people at the office are friendly helpful! Would recommend them to everyone!
I've been going to this location since I was little, can't praise Family First Dental enough! I recently moved back to the Tri-Cities after a few years away in Seattle & was welcomed back with so many friendly faces. They went through a lovely re-model which was a pleasant surprise when I walked in! They have massage chairs to help you relax through your appointment as well as TV's right in front of you to go over x-rays. Even though my usual dentist was out recuperating from surgery, the stand-in dentist was excellent. Thank you for having substitute providers who care for patients just as much as our regular providers do!
