I am always very pleased with all of the services I receive starting when I walk in to the moment I walk out. Denise is always very friendly and welcoming. The staff in the back are always very warm and interested in me. I appreciate that a lot. Dr. Story is a kind, very skilled dentist. I always refer people to you.

I recently took my daughter to Family First Dental on Washington St. in Kennewick. Their Hygienist, Holly, was so wonderful and made my little girl very comfortable! Dr. Katie Story was amazing and took the time to explain everything and really set our minds at ease. The entire staff truly cares and works hard to ensure a pleasant experience. Thank you all, we will continue to go to Family First for our dental needs!

The Dr. and staff treat you as though you've been going to them for years even on your 1st visit. They don't go for the most expensive option, they do what is best for the patient.

My visit was pleasant as always. I love the team on Washington Street. Denise at the front desk is always friendly and helpful. All of the Dental Assistants are also so thorough and friendly. I rather enjoyed the 70's easy listening music while I was there and Dr. Story is the best Dentist I have ever had. She is friendly, approachable and explains things very thoroughly. I highly recommend Family First.
I appreciate that I know I am always in and out of the dentist office in under an hour. Everyone in the office is so friendly, it’s always a pleasure to see them when I’m in for my cleaning.
