Dr Johnson (Michael) was so responsive and empathetic to a concern I had, and quickly made me feel confident I could trust his expertise. I found the team (including Terri) to be genuinely caring, personable and professional, from information gathering to hands-on treatment. I was so impressed, I wouldn’t hesitate to take advantage of their experience and knowledgeable care again.
Dr Johnson was excellent to work with, and the team supporting him were personable and genuinely helpful. Dr Johnson came in after hours to assist with a unusual complication, and was responsive and accessible. He came highly recommended for the quality of his work, and I can attest to the result.
Two other dentists had been unsuccessful in removing one of my crowns that needed to be replaced. I wasn’t hopeful that this third dentist would be successful, but Dr. Johnson was able to quickly remove the crown without inflicting pain or discomfort. He and his staff are friendly and professional. I’m a fan!
Washington State Prosthodontics, Dr Russell Johnson are great to work with. I have had some fairly major issues to work through which they have have taken care of for me. The office and staff are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and take the time to answer all questions and explain the procedures in great detail. I will certainly recommend them.
