Is it weird to write a review from 2001? The answer is no, since the same doctor is still caring for me 25 years later. :D In 2000, I had a tooth implant post surgically attached to the jaw bone via a dental surgeon. In 2001, I came to Dr. Michael Johnson to create the implant crown. The combined cost of the two procedures felt astronomical back then and probably still is. I hoped that this one tooth will last! Dr. Johnson took away all my fears and distrustful thoughts about my teeth. He set me straight on what should and should not be done. If you are having any suspicious recommendations about having teeth out that you feel may not need to be out, go here. He will also address bite issues and make night guards that fit!! Such good advisement. Can say enough good. Will always remember this positive experience with Dr. Johnson. I have found the doctors and staff of this practice to be trustworthy. That is a very high priority for me. They are competent, caring, and professional. I am treated as an individual, despite my fears and anxieties. I highly recommend this practice.
The best review I can offer is that the staff is professional, the quality of care is second to none and I have my crown properly placed and spaced and feel like the care was gentle, professional and worthy of a referral. I highly recommend Dr. Pi-Yu Hsu who took great care of me with her team. The whole staff is polite, professional and kind. The office is professionally appointed and clean. As a health care provider myself, I am very critical of outpatient services that do not meet standards. This office SETS the standard!
Very pleasant staff and high level of expertise. I am very grateful for such a wonderful experience.
