Very rude people work at the front desk. Was consider to move here but not anymore, if you have those people to welcome you then can’t imagine what’s gonna be after move in . Don’t recommend this place!
5/5 for enforcing the rules on drapery must be neutral colored and behind the built-in shades, no more than one holiday decoration on your door, no door mats, and no political signs unless they are for a candidate running for a public position in the next few months. 1/5 on moving in and out. You only get 4 hours maximum on the loading dock and the truck must be 12 feet tops. The mover must be insured in the state of WA and have a copy of insurance non expired with the front desk.
