I attended a show at GEVA on Saturday afternoon and when entered parking garage my friend paid $7 event fee but receipt did not print. As I left, the arm was not up and we had no receipt, so I used my charge card to pay but was charged $20 because we didn't have a ticket ( that would not print out). So we paid $27 for 3.5 hours! I called twice and talked to 2 different people but they would not refund or give me garage credit though their equipment malfunctioned. I won't park thete again!

Worst place to park ever in the city. The staff won't try to help you or understand when you pull over to unload a truck for 15 to 20 minutes. They come up to you with an attitude and tell you that you need to pay $30 dollars, NO EXCEPTIONS!!! You are better off parking across the street, where they treat you with kindness and respect. We do work all over the center city area and never have an issue with parking garages, except this one. All the other garages let us unload our trucks and usually tell us we have 30 mins. Worst customer service rep encountered today Saturday Aug 12th We had reserved parking using park whiz app and when we went to exit at 5:45 pm , the machine would not let us exit saying “pass not valid” ; even though we had parking valid until past midnight Called park whiz and the rep asked I go to gate and press the Help Button.
