I like to say this place is nice we have the Best manager you could ever ask for in an apartment manager!!!!! And they have a great maintenance !!!!!! Alex is the best we ever had he works so hard to get everything he can fixed right!!!!! He goes over and Beyond any maintenance has ever been done here ever!!!!!!! The new maintenance guy is a joke and lazy he takes so long to fix anything and he breaks and damages what he fixes what a joke for a maintenance and he leaves everything else for Alex to do!!!!! Best management Miss Angela Scott is the best management I have ever had and she is so caring and family-oriented Alex is the best maintenance man he always is so spiritual and so smiling you need to keep both of them because this is what makes your apartment complex the best apartment complex in Shelby in my opinion
I love where I live. I'm not sure what people are referring to when they say "Poor Management" because I have zero complaints about Mrs. Scott. All of my repairs are addressed immediately when I have asked. I have only been there since October of last year, but I have referred a number of my friends, family, and co-workers out here to live.
